We hit 50 scam calls today, which is the new record this week. I’m guessing some clown figured out he could ask Ai to start blowing through all public phone numbers during the election season. But I have a perverse level of patience with these things. My grandmother loved tormenting these poor souls and I know how to deal with them. However, the crew has a little less.

So, my apologies; if you’re a heavy breather, a slow talker or have no personality, they may be a little quick to hang up on you…

Gen Z is definitely going to be a psychological case study one day. They really did grow up in a different world. The idle threat of getting beaten with a bag of cheese if they don’t sweep correctly just doesn’t seem to land the same way it did with past generations. But…they roll in from cheer competitions, from track meets, from class, from second jobs, (or if you’re Conner & Zach, from the golf course)…and they get right at it. For the most part. I still have to grab the mozzarella sometimes. It’s been a heck of a week; thank you guys for the love, we’ll be right at it tomorrow at noon. The Great Cauliflower Crust Crisis of 2026 continues...we are officially out today, I'm trying to find some more, but it looks like it may be back to the 10" again. I'll stay on it though, my GF folks!

*also, please remember that we do not guarantee zero flour cross contamination in the cooking process. Any pizzeria that does must apparently not use flour, because that stuff gets EVERYWHERE!! If you're super gluten sensitive, it's like a vampire walking into a church, as my first grade teacher use to say...

It was a little wild but we got through it (Conner only took six breaks to eat throughout the day).
