After such a beautiful weekend, there’s really so much that can be said.. get ready for a sappy post..
This business started as a dream, as most do. A dream that seemed too good to be true and out of reach, yet so close I could taste it.. (juice pun intended)
At the time, about 2 years ago now, I didn’t quite know how everything was going to come together.. my head totally in the clouds, but fully trusting that the good Lord would bring the vision into reality. Or so I prayed.
I wanted this business so much that I was afraid I may have been putting it before the will of God, but I prayed if that were the case, He would protect me from veering away from His sovereign plan over my life. But the more I prayed, the more He made it abundantly clear that this is what He wanted me to do. At least in this chapter of life.
He blessed me with an amazing husband who helped me stay the course. I’m such a cloudy dreamer, and if it weren’t for my husband, this dream would’ve stayed in the clouds. He kept me grounded and guided me to do my homework, which was never my strong suit. Believe me, I kicked & screamed at that part.
But through the tears of resistance, we persisted. And looking back at the beginning, it’s truly unbelievable to see how God just planted me in the right place at the right time. 🥹
When we finally launched the business in September of 2025, I was taken aback by how much support we received from our community. From our friends & family, to my market peers, they’ve all shown up in ways I didn’t realize they would. I can honestly say that I wouldn’t have been able to stay afloat if it weren’t for everyone in my community joining together.
And I find myself completely blown away.. truthfully underserving of the amount of blessings I have received. It is humbling in a way I’ve never known.
As tears form in my eyes while I write this, I hope anyone reading this knows how grateful I am for everything. I’m filled with hope for everyone in my community who wishes to build something of their own and I hope I’m able to show the same amount of support I have received.
