New flavors are officially RESTOCKED! 🩷✨

This one feels a little bittersweet.
There’s a very good chance this will be one of my LAST fridge restocks here before we pack up and move across the country.

Almost 2 years ago, The Flying Apron was just a dream I hoped might work out someday… and Fairbanks, North Pole, Eielson, and the surrounding community turned it into something so much bigger than I ever imagined. 🥹

Thank you for every order, every share, every recommendation, every birthday, baby shower, promotion, retirement, wedding, late night craving, and “just because” treat you trusted me with. Being a small part of your celebrations and memories has meant more to me than I can put into words.

This is NOT the end of The Flying Apron, I’m just relocating, and I fully plan on bringing this dream with me wherever we go next. ✈️🧁 But Alaska will always be where it started, and that makes this restock extra special to me.

There’s a sweet customer who stops by my little porch bakery pretty often, and I just have to say something 🥹💛

I don’t know your name, but I see you on my camera each time you visit. The joy, kindness, and excitement you bring with you honestly means more than I can even put into words. Hearing the sweet things you say when you walk up to the fridge truly makes my day (sometimes it even brings me to tears 🥲).

You usually stop by in your work uniform in the middle of what I’m sure are long, busy days, and I just want you to know, I see you, and I appreciate you more than you know. The fact that you still show up with so much positivity and kindness is really special, and it doesn’t go unnoticed.

This little bakery is something I pour my heart into, and seeing it make someone so happy reminds me exactly why I do it.

If this is you, I would absolutely love to thank you. You’ve made such a bigger impact than you probably realize 🤍

And to everyone who has stopped by, supported, or shared kind words, thank you from the bottom of my heart. It means everything to me 💐❤️
