Meet the owner!
This is Sam Georgakopoulos, the owner and operator of Sam’s Place since 2006.
Sam moved to the states from Canada and Greece in the 80’s and helped his late brother in law, Harry Sourlis, run Harry’s Breakfast Panecakes of Myrtle Beach.
Sam has devoted over 40 years to the food service industry. He has 4 Daughters, Patricia Flowers, Maria Edwards, Christina, and Marena Georgakopoulos.
His daughters are his pride and joy!
Sam has been an asset to Horry County for 19 years and counting.
Today is also his birthday!
Happy 65th Birthday to the man himself!
