Gadwall’s Grill opened in April 1989, founded by Karen Bryant and Jane Schubert. In 1999, Aunt Jane’s shares were purchased by Shea and Bart Bryant, continuing what has become a 37-year family legacy.🦆 Owners: Karen, Neil, Shea and Bart Bryant

Being inducted into the Arkansas Food Hall of Fame would be one of the highest honors we could receive after nearly four decades of dedication to the restaurant industry and our community.

Gadwall’s is more than a restaurant—it’s who we are. It has been a huge part of our lives, allowing us to serve our community, build lifelong relationships, and provide jobs for hundreds of people over the years.

We are incredibly proud of what our family, our employees, and our loyal customers have helped build since 1989. We would be honored to see Gadwall’s Grill recognized in the Arkansas Food Hall of Fame! ❤️

Please nominate Gadwall’s Grill!🥳
So much love to all who have helped us build and stay in business all these many years!
