Chicken N Pickle is a chef-driven, casual eatery & bar with pickleball courts, shaded beer gardens and backyard games. The idea was first conceived in the Grand Cayman Islands over cold beer and jerk chicken. This love of wood-fired rotisserie coupled with a Northlander's fondness of pickleball resulted in a new, two acre food & entertainment venue. Chicken N Pickle, complete with a rotating clutc

MON - THU: 8:00am to 11:00pm
FRI - SAT: 8:00am to Midnight

Happy National Intern Day! Today we're celebrating our incredible 2026 interns and thanking them for the energy, creativity, and dedication they've brought to Chicken N Pickle this summer👏
From touring Sysco and The Roasterie Coffee Company, helping run Pickleball Camp, volunteering with PAL KCK, learning from guest speakers and bringing the energy during our Intern Showdown - they embraced every opportunity with curiosity, enthusiasm, and a willingness to jump in.

To our CNP 2026 interns THANK YOU for your hard work, fresh ideas and everything you've contributed to The Coop this summer. We're so grateful to have had you as part of our team and can't wait to see all the amazing things you'll accomplish next. 💚🐔

10 years of CNP means 10 years of memories, friendships, and so many incredible people who have helped make us who we are today!

We caught up with some of our OG team members to ask what CNP means to them, their all-time favorite menu item, how they’d describe CNP in one word, and some of their favorite memories from the past decade.💚

Some people rally on the court… I rally at the table 🏓🍗

Winner, winner, chicken dinner, with a side of pickle(ball).

Today I am at Chicken N Pickle - San Antonio , where games, gains & good eats collide.

On my menu today:
🧀 Chorizo Queso – spicy, creamy, flavour explosion
🥗 Pickled Chicken Bowl – grilled chicken, bacon, avo & pickle slaw (macros approved 💪)
🍗 House-Smoked Jumbo Wings – smoky, saucy, Wing Champ certified
🍔 Chipotle Chicken Burger – smoky heat + melty cheese
🍖 Rotisserie Chicken & Rib Combo – tender, juicy, full BBQ vibes
🍹 Guava Paloma to seal the deal

From the court to the kitchen, it was a clean sweep — food rally complete in 13mins 28secs.

What an incredible day at Pickleball for a Purpose yesterday!

We brought the community together for something much bigger than a tournament. The purpose behind this event was to raise funds to help Christopher and his family, and thanks to this amazing community, we did exactly that. We made a real impact. But we are not quite at our goal yet, so there is still more to raise as we continue pushing this mission forward.

One of the most powerful parts of the day was seeing the Air Force community show up in spades to support one of their own. That kind of turnout, loyalty, and heart is what this is all about.

We also built real camaraderie, created lasting memories, and watched our youth step onto the court for their very own pickleball clinic. Seeing them learn, laugh, and experience the game for the first time was something special and a reminder that these events do more than raise money. They bring people together in ways that last.

From the incredible sportsmanship on the courts to the cheers, smiles, and competitive fire all day long, this event was a huge success. And of course, everyone was chasing the most sought-after trophy in all of pickledom.

Thank you to everyone who played, donated, volunteered, supported, and showed up. We are proud of what we accomplished together, and we are not done yet.
