Groundbreaking begins this week on Huang Noodle House!
Excavation work at the front of the building is scheduled to begin, and we’ll also be installing a beautiful teak fence along the side, where our new Racalto's and Huang Noodle House sign will proudly hang.

Please pardon our appearance. This transformation is necessary not only to create our second restaurant, but also as part of a much-needed modernization of the building itself. We’re giving the property a fresh, modern look from the ground up—inside and out.

There will be some dust, some construction, and plenty of changes along the way, but we think the end result will be worth it.

We’ll continue to keep you posted and share the progress as Huang Noodle House takes shape!

Welcome to the official Huang Noodle House (Pronounced H-Wong) page!

As Jay and I begin building Huang Noodle House from the ground up, we are putting our hearts into every detail and cannot wait to share this exciting new dining experience with Hornell.

We intend to set the standard for pho and noodles throughout the region by serving fresh, high-quality ingredients in an impeccably clean, modern environment—with the outstanding service you have come to expect from Racalto’s.

Jay and I have worked incredibly hard to earn your trust. You know we will not cut corners and that everything will be done correctly. And if it’s not, we’ll be transparent, let you know we messed up, and make it right.

Because, at our core, we still believe dining out is a luxury and that our decisions cannot be driven solely by the almighty dollar. Across all our business platforms, we remain unapologetically community-driven.

Why? Because Hornell has given us so much, and we believe in giving back to the community that has given so much to us.

Welcome to Huang Noodle House. We look forward to sharing every step of this journey with you.
