🚨Now taking orders!🚨This week’s FRESH MEAL is Ginger Pork Rice Bowls with Coconut Key Lime Cookies for dessert! Rice bowl condiments come on the side and include pickled matchstick carrots and radish, cilantro, scallions, jalapeños, cucumbers, lime wedges and sriracha mayo.

We had the honor of catering another beautiful wedding this weekend. Congratulations, Tony and Birgit! It was a gorgeous, perfectly warm fall day, and such a beautiful setting to celebrate the two of you.

This was our first time catering at Fairfield Hills Golf Course & Range, and what a wonderful place to host an event! From the beautiful setting to their incredible attention to detail and hospitality, they truly made us feel welcome. Thank you again for having us!

We wrapped up the weekend by delivering some snacks to Wiscocktail to pair with their monthly cocktail class. This month’s treats were smoked brisket dip with assorted crackers and pumpkin cupcakes topped with maple cream cheese frosting.

This week’s FRESH MEAL is loaded mashed potatoes topped with slow roasted turkey breast (not pictured), a salad featuring shredded carrots, dried cranberries , sunflower seeds and a citrus vidalia dressing, and trail mix cookies for dessert!

Once again, this meal comes fully prepared and precooked; just heat and serve!
