❤️ North Fork BBQ - The Closing Chapter.
After years of smoke, fire, long nights, endless sacrifices and a whole lot of love… it’s time to close this chapter. Our last official day open will be November 23rd, and after that, we will be packing up and moving toward our next adventure on the Central Coast!
We started on the side of the road with a dream, a smoker, and pure hustle. Then came the food truck… then the restaurants. Since then, we’ve fed hundreds of thousands of people, catered hundreds of weddings, and shown up for hundreds of community events. We’ve fought through harsh winters, served endless summer lines, and somehow kept 4.7 and 4.8 ratings across every platform with hundreds of reviews while being rated one of Central California’s highest rated barbecue restaurants. We had sauces on store shelves, maintained a 5 star catering company and the list goes on and on. It’s amazing to look back on photos and see how far we came. That’s something we’ll always be proud of. ❤️
But what means the most is what we gave back. We’ve donated to local charities, cooked for the “Helping One Woman” dinners, and supported veterans every single day. Through veteran discounts alone, we were well over $100,000 and donated thousands more to organizations that truly make a difference. We fed hundreds of firefighters on the front lines of forest fires, we fed evacuated locals from horrible storms up here in the mountains and we fed Veterans in need and supported the Red Cross when they called us. That’s the legacy we’re proud to carry forward. That’s what it’s all about. Making a difference in your community. We are definitely proud of ourselves and these accomplishments and honestly it’s destroying me writing this right now…but…
Now, we’re heading to Pismo Beach — ready to build something new and even BIGGER. We’re building the next chapter of California BBQ with a new business right by the sea and hopefully down the line we will have the ultimate brick and mortar. Follow my personal page Trevor Seward to keep up on our updates and everything we’re doing and hopefully we will see you all again.
None of this could have happened without my brother Colin, our incredible friends, staff, and this amazing community that had our backs through every high and low. We wanted to keep the doors open, but truthfully, we couldn’t stretch ourselves between two worlds — not if we wanted to do it right and still protect our family time.
To our family, friends, and loyal customers — we love you. You’ve changed our lives. Megan and I are so grateful, and we’re excited for this new start by the ocean, closer to family, with fire still in our hands and hearts.
We don’t yet know who will take over our spot, but we hope they continue something special here. As for the military memorials inside our building, those photos, patches, and memories will be donated to Beyond The Barracks, a veteran nonprofit in Clovis, so their spirit keeps living on among their brothers and sisters. If you would like the pictures back that you donated, then come see us and we will gratefully give them back to you.
We’ll be serving up great food for just a few more weeks — so come see us, share some laughs, give us love, and grab a meal with us and let us tell you how we’re evolving.
From our family to yours — thank you for everything.
🔥 North Fork BBQ — forever grateful.
