We are excited to carry on this legacy, creating a whole new look and menu while keeping the delicious taste New Hampshire has grown to love. Located on the White Mountain Highway, just outside of the village, we are now open seven days a week. Its looking like its going to be a beautiful weekend and the kitchen crew has been working extra hard this week to get ready for the big holiday weekend. We have Boissants a plenty, our gluten-free pizza and and all of our famous gf bagels are all back in stock, and of course plenty of our yummy bagels. Ready ,set , GO!!!!!!

Seeing we are always getting such great accolades about our gluten-free bagels and how most people say they are the best they ever tried, we decided to comb the internet in search of what is considered the best gf bagel out there. A place in NYC I am not going to name came up as being number one so we ordered a bunch of bagels from them to do a taste test. Unanimously everyone who tried both proclaimed ours as having better taste and texture. Maybe, just maybe we are the best gluten-free bagel evaaahhhh !!!! PSA , We have been receiving a lot of questions regarding ingredients and cross-contamination about our gluten-free bage...

PSA , We have been receiving a lot of questions regarding ingredients and cross-contamination about our gluten-free bagels so I figured I post the ingredients. The biggest questions seem to be whether they have eggs dairy or soy and the answer is no to All the above. As for cross-contamination we do the best that we can to produce them using dedicated mixers, baking trays etc and only making them during the hours when there is no other mixing with gluten-free products going on and the kitchen has been cleaned. As of right now there is only one person, the owner, who actually makes our gluten-free bagels and having family members who are highly allergic to gluten he understands the importance of keeping things safe from cross-contamination.. I hope this clears up any questions. If you have any other questions I'd be happy to answer them. We are really proud to be able to produce a quality gluten-free product and Hope that you all agree that ours is the best gluten-free bagel evaaaahhh . THANK YOU!
