We got an exceptional, gigantic hog from Osmote last week. The meat is very dark - almost red - from a diet of pumpkins, grape must (leftovers from the winemaking process), and of course natural foods the pigs forage on the property. We’ll be serving the rack chops tonight!

Taste the terroir of Rock Valley today at 3pm. Stop by our very special happy hour event featuring Terry and Jim Milk of Rock Valley Spirits from 3-6pm. We’ll also have jazz duo Will Sellenraad and Barry Bryson. The event is free and we don’t require reservations. We’ll be offering food from our happy hour menu, as well as a couple additional snacks.
