It was so much fun putting my granddaughter to work and me just watch.

To all who like this food court. I still have the vision for the project and desire to see it fulfilled. Right now I don't have the provision but believe when the time is right, the resources will come.
I had a man of God once tell me that I look at things as through binoculars. Things far away appear to be close and i need to learn timing!

Well as you know, I retired last October. It has been absolutely awesome. After 48 years of serving the Bay Areas construction needs, you would think I would miss it. Absolutely not in the slightest amount.
My life is so good at this stage. I surf most every day. I spend a lot of time with kids and grandkids. Melanie and I get to do a lot more together. I choose what repairs I want to do on my rentals and let others do what I don't want to. I get to plan other projects I would like to do, but with zero pressure of having to do anything.
Life is absolutely awesome.

In my building between coos head food store and crossroads cafe. Base shoe installed and caulked. Ready for final coat of paint. Then pad and stretch carpet in office and glue down carpet in front retail area.

Just a quick update. At this point I do not have any vendors that have signed up or investors that are interested in the project. That is not a problem to me. Even though I am really excited about the project and believe that it will happen, When the time is right it will all fall into place if it's going to happen. so keep spreading the word letting people know about it.

Well my grandaughter and I finished up the floor tile in our building downtown North Bend between coos head food store and crossroads cafe.
Feels good!!!!
Still patiently waiting for vendors and investors to continue forward with the food court.
Until then I'm just loving life , surfing a lot, having a great time with kids and grandkids.

If you haven't noticed there is a new Restraunt downtown North Bend. It's called Blondies and it's a really enjoyable place to visit. Stop in and welcome them to town.

Well it looks like we're having great weather so we can have a great weekend. Grab them fishing poles Surfboards or four wheelers and get out and enjoy our beautiful area.
I'm very excited about the concept of North Bend Food Court and I am looking forward to seeing it getting started.
I'm at a point that I need vendors and investors. So help me out, spread the word, and if you know anyone that is interested in starting a food cart or if you know anyone who has a heart for the city and wants to invest in this project, please get hold of me.
