WE’RE OPENING ON A TUESDAY… but only for you!

South Fork is normally CLOSED on Tuesdays, but on October 20th from 6–8 PM, we’re opening our doors for a private, after-hours PUB OLYMPICS with Compass Team Building (our sister company)!

Here’s the deal: Compass is capturing new photo + video content, and instead of staging the fun, we want real people having a really good time. That’s where you come in!

Grab your bestie, spouse, coworker, neighbor, or whoever brings out your competitive side, and sign up as a 2-some!

🚗PLEASE CARPOOL! We’re expecting a big crowd. If our main lot is full, please head to our overflow parking lot.

🌧️ COME RAIN, COME SHINE, COME CELEBRATE! We’re in the Pacific Northwest , we can handle a little rain. We’ll have tents, heaters and covered areas ready to go.

🍻 SOUTH FORK IS OPEN! We’ll be serving a limited menu tonight while our 4th Anniversary Party takes over the property.

Always learning. Always growing. 🤎

Our owner Johnny and Executive Chef Charlotte recently attended the Harbor Local Leaders Summit , an opportunity to step outside the day-to-day of the restaurant, connect with other leaders in the industry, learn, share ideas and come home inspired with new ways to keep making South Fork better.

Because creating a great restaurant isn’t just about what’s happening inside our four walls. It’s about understanding our industry, learning from other great people and staying connected to the people and places behind the food we serve.

One pretty incredible part of the experience was visiting Royal Ranch in Royal City, WA Austin Allred where we source our beef and brisket.

They were able to see firsthand where our beef comes from, learn more about how the cattle are raised and meet some of the people behind a product that eventually makes its way all the way from their ranch to our kitchen in North Bend.

We’re pretty proud of that connection.

Grateful for the opportunity to learn, connect and bring a little inspiration back home to South Fork.

As we gear up for our 4th Anniversary Party, we’re digging up all kinds of fun South Fork facts… and this one stuck.

11 TONS OF BRISKET. IN ONE YEAR.

Yep. That’s 22,000 pounds of brisket served at South Fork this past year. That’s a LOT of brisket.

And it all comes from the one and only Royal Family Farming right here in Washington. Austin Allred
