We’re looking for a Full-Time Food Line Specialist to join our team!
At BBQ Barn, we’ve built our reputation on great food, outstanding service, and hardworking people. We’re looking for someone with restaurant experience who takes pride in their work, has a great attitude, and understands that being dependable is one of the most important parts of the job.
Responsibilities Include:�• Preparing and plating customer orders�• Working the food line in a fast-paced environment�• Running food to customers�• Keeping your station clean, stocked, and organized�• Working as part of a team to deliver the quality our customers expect
We’re Looking for Someone Who:�✔ Has a positive attitude�✔ Has a strong work ethic�✔ Is dependable and punctual�✔ Is available to work full-time�✔ Can stand and work on their feet throughout the day�✔ Has restaurant experience (preferred)�✔ Takes pride in providing excellent customer service
A good attitude is a must. We can teach our systems, but we can’t teach someone to care. We want someone who enjoys working with others, takes pride in their work, and comes to work every day ready to give their best.

One of the best benefits of working at BBQ Barn: We believe family time is important. We’re closed for every major holiday except the Fourth of July, which is one of our busiest days and requires our entire team. After the Fourth of July, we close for a week so everyone can enjoy a well-earned break. We also close for a week after Thanksgiving and another week after Christmas, giving our employees extended time off to spend with family.
