Bun of the week is….MAPLE BACON! Classic cinnamon bun and filling with the addition of crumbled candied bacon and maple syrup inside. The bun is topped with maple cream cheese frosting and candied bacon crumbles. We also have classic, pumpkin, and apple pie buns this week. Pecan on Friday too!

Nailed it, We Got Bunz Hun style! So many of you have sent me reels and pics of pumpkin shaped sourdough, I had to try it 😂. Here’s the result of trial batch 1. I have some lessons learned for next time, but not bad for the first try! (I didn’t have cinnamon sticks handy, so a bay leaf had to do 😂😂😂😂)

Obviously pumpkin cinnamon rolls cannot just be here for one week so they will be here until we approach the holiday season or until we all get sick of them. This week we are bringing back another favorite…tiramisu! So we will have classic buns, pumpkin buns, AND tiramisu this week. And of course, pecan sticky buns will be added on Friday :)
