✨ TWO YEARS! ✨
Two years ago, we took a leap of faith and became the owners of the Wigwam Western Summit. We knew we were becoming part of a pretty special place — but we had no idea just how much this little spot at the top of the Hairpin Turn would come to mean to us. ❤️
These past two years have been filled with a lot of hard work, plenty of learning as we go, some very long days, and so many wonderful people. We’ve also navigated some unexpected challenges and added family responsibilities outside of the business, which has made us even more grateful for the people who have supported us along the way.
And we absolutely could not have done it without our small but mighty team. Whether they’re helping in the shop, cleaning cabins, preparing food, or jumping in wherever we need them, they have been such an important part of these first two years. We are incredibly grateful for each of them.
There have definitely been days when balancing it all hasn’t been easy, but when we look around at everything we’ve experienced and accomplished in just two years, we’re pretty darn proud.
To everyone who has stopped for a coffee, wandered through the gift shop, stayed in one of our cabins, watched a sunset from the lookout, told a friend about us, shared a post, or simply cheered us on — THANK YOU. ❤️
The Wigwam was special long before we came along, and we feel incredibly fortunate to be the ones continuing its story, preserving what people have loved about this place for generations while adding a little bit of our own along the way.
Here’s to year THREE and the next chapter at the Wigwam!
