Indigenous W**e Dinner | October 20th 🤎

Kaleb is Chickasaw, and I’m Choctaw, and we’re bringing our two cultures together at Juliette for an evening celebrating our heritage, our food, and our stories.

Chef Theron and Chef Kaleb have cultivated a menu that symbolizes our cultures through their own culinary interpretations — bringing together the history, traditions, ingredients, and flavors that connect us to our people.

Guests will have the option to enjoy the dinner with an optional six-course w**e pairing thoughtfully selected to complement each course.

One of the things I love most about our cultures is storytelling. For generations, our people have passed down stories that teach us where we come from, who we are, and what we carry forward. Those stories connect us to the generations before us and, just as importantly, to the generations coming after us.
This dinner is our little way of sharing some of that with you.

We’re excited to announce Indigenous Ingredients, a six-course seasonal dinner with Chef Theron Jessop at Juliette.

On Tuesday, October 20, we’ll explore ingredients and foodways connecting the Gulf to the Great Plains—Gulf oysters, Three Sisters vegetables, coal-grilled trout, quail, bison, blue corn, and more.

Cocktail hour begins at 5 PM. Dinner begins at 6 PM.

Last night was a special one.

Chef Theron had the chance to work alongside Oklahoma ProStart students at the sold-out Odyssey de Culinaire. Watching these young cooks learn, create, and serve a room of 300 guests was pretty incredible.

Proud of the students, proud of the work, and grateful to be part of it.
