We are located in the midst of downtown Norman (Arts District) near the intersection of Peters and Main St. Bison Witches Bar and Deli - Norman was established in the Fall of 1997. ft. at 211 E. Main St., Bison Witches is a small neighborhood hangout that features gourmet deli sandwiches, bread bowl soups, salads, appetizers, and a full service bar with tableside service. Three other Bison Witches

have opened over the years in Tucson, Arizona, Lincoln, Nebraska, and more recently in Tempe, Arizona. Our sister store in Lawrence, Kansas operating as Quinton's Bar and Deli is the original location from which Bison Witches was crafted from. Each location has the same small bar feel with great food, a fun atmosphere and a wait staff you'll want to take home with you;)
A nontraditional bar without the traditional "bar food". Five locations to date and more to come in the future. We encourage you to look at our menu and our drink specials, and stop by sometime to try us out. We know you won't go away unsatisfied. Become part of the tradition today!
