Our 16 oz Sirloin Cutting Board is cooked over an open flame and finished with compound butter melting right over the top. 🤤🥩

Served with flatbread, smashed potatoes and our seasonal side of roasted zucchini & yellow squash, this one is made for showing up hungry.

Cutting Board Plates are available Thursday–Sunday after 4 PM.

What a day. 🤠🍻

Our Rough Ryder Launch Party & Fall Festival wouldn’t have been what it was without the incredible people who showed up, pitched in, played some great music, shared their talents, and celebrated right alongside us.

A huge thank you to the T.C. Dixon Band and Sam Allbright (ALLBRIGHT) for providing the soundtrack to the day. 🎶

Thank you to our vendors — Twist Tie and Dye, Sophie J’s Art, Fractal Branch Botanicals, and Grizzy’s Snocones Norfork — for coming out and being part of the fun.

And most of all, thank YOU to everyone who came through our doors, brought your friends and families, rode the bull, grabbed a Rough Ryder, listened to some music, supported our vendors, and spent your Saturday with us. And yes, that includes the pups who joined the party too. 🐾

We may not have managed to get a group photo of our crew in the middle of all the craziness, but we couldn’t make days like this happen without them. A BIG thank you to the Norfork Brewing Company team for all the work behind the scenes and throughout the day. ❤️

This was a big one for us, and seeing so many of you there to celebrate Rough Ryder with us made it that much more special.

Thank you for showing up for local b**r, local music, local makers, and your local brewery.

Better late than never… and WAY more fun than we expected. 🤠🐂

Safe to say, we had an absolute BLAST watching everyone hang on for dear life at our Rough Ryder Launch Party! 😂

Thanks to everyone who climbed on, held tight, and gave us one heck of a show. This one was definitely worth the wait! 🍻
