Wow, what a journey this has been! I’m beyond grateful for the eight years we’ve shared at Cilla’s. The send-off we received was truly heartwarming & a testament to the connections & friendships we’ve formed. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for allowing me to be a part of the community. It’s been a privilege I’ll treasure for years to come. As I step into a new chapter, I’m excited to switch roles and be on the other side of the counter, supporting another Norfolk resident, Dennis Wilson. Dennis, I wish you the best of luck & hope you have as great of an experience as we did. Here’s to new beginnings & exciting adventures that await us all! With gratitude, Mary Ellen & Family

Shout out to all the talented artists who graced our walls over the past eight years. It’s been so fun for us to see all the different artwork while supporting local artists. Reflecting on our own journey, we have hosted over 50 artists! This month, we are thrilled to have our youngest artist - Charlie Colwell, a six year old whose pieces were crafted as early as 4-1/2 years old. A true testament to the power of imagination! To all the amazing artists, we wish you success & thank you for brightening our walls each month!

Do you know the muffin man? We all know the nursery rhyme but Sheldon Strasnick, owner of the Miluffin House Cafe, is truly the muffin man in this area. His muffins have been the shining star of our mornings, saving us the hassle of trekking up to Medway. They spared us waiting in long lines for our holiday pies & were available at a moment’s notice for ‘special orders.’ Jenn & Josh made sure our order was packed and ready to go as well as putting up with our texts back & forth. Doing business with all of you was the smartest thing I ever did. Thank you for all your support.

As we approach our final weeks, I want to send a huge thank you to all of our amazing ‘behind the scene’ vendors. Given the fact that we are a coffeehouse, I’ll start with Phil Schein, founder & CEO of Fazenda. Fazenda has kept us fueled with the best coffee around. I discovered it years before opening Cilla’s & there was never a doubt about whose coffee I’d serve. Phil runs an amazing business & has some of the nicest & most helpful staff working with him. Thank you Phil, Laura & everyone who has helped roast our coffee all these years. You guys are the best!
