Today is Chinese lunar year’s beginning of Spring. According to northern China’s tradition, people at this region will make spring wraps to celebrate its coming, meaning to bite the spring. Traditional dishes are plentiful and bean sprouts are indispensable as they are sprouting from seeds like those sprouts in spring, spring coming in the dishes. I made five separate dishes and put in one warming pot. You can either make the wrappers or buy moo shoo wrappers at Asian grocery stores to enjoy your own spring wraps.

Grateful to all your patron to my little kitchen, which inspires me to cook with even more enthusiasm. Next week I am going to have few dishes from my own garden, Hoza filled with seafood, egg and Chinese leeks grown from my garden or ground beef/pork with dill freshly cut from my garden as well. The chill/cold spicy noodles are designed for hot weather. Pork burger is something I like to have my mouth full of flavors and delicious aroma. Please give me one day ahead for the Hoza if that is what you plan to try. Limited supply of ingredients, you may not have what I have posted here. But I always have beef bunnies and hot and spicy broad noodles. Thank you all.

Beside the beef bunnies, next week I am going to make rainbow fry rice(salt fish, shrimp, egg, chicken, pineapple, etc.), good to go with tomato egg drop soup. The braised tofu and egg serves as side dish. Text and call-in order will be most appreciated. Cash app payment is most preferable in order to avoid being infected by any virus.
