Here’s another blast from the past! The NoFo Panino: Pesto, Tomato, Prosciutto, and Burrata on your choice of North Fork Bread Co. Bread (baguette is the only right answer!)

What IS Burrata? Burrata is a ball of fresh mozzarella filled with creamy stracciatella (shreds of fresh mozzarella and cream). Btw, “panino” is the singular form of panini. 🌈
