My name is Bruno. I’m a husband, father, and construction worker in Virginia. I purchased a used 2019 Ram 2500 diesel from a dealership in Florida because I needed a reliable truck for work and to support my family.

I put about $8,000 down, but shortly after the purchase, the truck began having mechanical problems. I paid out of pocket to fix the most urgent issues and was able to get it through Virginia inspection, but significant problems still remain.

A professional evaluation identified multiple mechanical concerns, including turbo-related issues, with the complete evaluation totaling $18,388.97 in estimated recommended work. I still owe approximately $33,000 on the loan and am pursuing a dispute with the dealership.

I’m not asking anyone to pay off my truck. I’m asking for help with the repairs and diagnostics I still face, including parts and labor needed to keep the truck safely on the road. A portion may also help with reasonable legal expenses, including court and filing costs, as I pursue a fair resolution.

I bought this truck so I could work — and that’s what I’m trying to continue doing.
