Ten Bistro "Pop-up" event happening on 12/31 (New Year's Eve) at 7:15pm

Four course dinner for $48

Location: Clean Eatz Cafe in Norcross (Holcomb bridge and Spalding) 3975 Holcomb bridge rd, Norcross Ga 30092

40 seats, one seating. Text me if you have my cell or call the cafe for your reservation.

Menu: Subject to slight modifications
Appetizers:
Shrimp cocktail
Panang curry chicken flatbreads
Salad: Ten's best
Entree choices:
1. Wild caught salmon served over sauteed spinach with riced cauliflower and finished with a blueberry balsamic reduction
2. Sweet Chili Glazed Pork Tenderloin over truffled mash potatoes with grilled asparagus
3. Brisket pasta Marsala: penne, mushrooms, beef jus, cream, Brisket, spinach, caramelized onions, garlic, tomato
4. Veggies Plate: Broccoli, spinach, brussels, mushrooms, cauliflower and brown rice-kale pesto and balsamic reduction
