Big News & Exciting Changes Ahead! 🚚🔥
Hey everyone!
We have some major news about the future of WellseasonedBBQ. With our family growing (baby #3 is on the way!) and the crazy rising costs of running a brick-and-mortar space, we have made the decision to close our physical restaurant doors and take our business back to where the fire first started: strictly the food truck and catering.
Running a restaurant has been an amazing chapter, but making this move right now allows us to focus on what matters most—our family—while keeping our quality at the absolute highest level and our prices fair for you.
What this means for you:
* The Food Truck is rolling! We aren't going anywhere, but we will be shifting to an exclusive, limited weekly schedule. We’ll be posting our locations and hours every single week so you always know exactly where to find us.
* Catering, Weddings, and festivals are wide open! Whether it's a graduation, corporate gig, or the wedding of your dreams, our catering side is fully operational and ready to roll. Rest assured if youve booked a catering with us everything is still on schedule with no changes!
We are so incredibly grateful for every single one of you who stepped through our restaurant doors and supported us. You made this dream possible. While we are scaling back for this current season of life, our ultimate goal is to be back in a permanent home one day when things in the economy and life stabilize.
Our physical doors are now closed, but we can't wait to see you at the truck windows for this next, lean-and-mean chapter! Stay tuned for our upcoming food truck schedule, which we will be dropping here very soon.
