Behind each one of our products, there is a process that requires patience and that has been part of our family tradition for many years and generations. Every ingredient is fresh, and every recipe comes from the heart of a family whose table is always full. We love sharing a little bit of our traditions with you ❤️
Rogel is a traditional Argentine cake that consists of 11 layers of puff pastry covered in dulce de leche and Italian meringue. It is the favorite dessert of many in our big family!

Our seasonal favorite of the month ➡️Walnut Cake ✨
This cake combines a delicate crust made of finely chopped walnuts and a thick layer of dulce leche covered by another layer of whipped cream, topped off with more walnuts and chocolate ribbons
The delicious and fragrant combination of walnuts and dulce de leche is what makes this cake the perfect treat for the Fall 🤎🍂

I have to give a little local-business shoutout to pampasfoxcatering and owner Lucia Virasoro Bruno!

If you haven’t checked them out yet, you absolutely should. Pampa’s Fox is a family-owned Nokesville business with Argentinian roots offering everything from their famous handmade empanadas and made-from-scratch pastries and cakes to customized catering for weddings, corporate events, parties and other special occasions. They can do everything from hors d’oeuvres and buffets to plated meals and custom menus.

And today was one of those reminders of why supporting local matters. I walked in completely unannounced, without an actual preorder, needing quite a bit of food — some for my family tonight and a meal I’m bringing to another family — and Lucia made it happen for me. ❤️

I walked out with one BIG bag of food and an even bigger appreciation for another local business owner who simply said, “We’ll figure it out.”
