The other day I looked for an easy bar recipe that could add a little more fiber in my diet, so of course I found one then doctored it to what I had on hand and to my tastebuds. I had a little bit of brown rice crispy cereal I had to use up before they went stale and I love the added crunch it gave to these bars!
I normally eat breakfast first thing in the morning and later on drink my coffee, this was the perfect accompaniment to my mid morning coffee break!
