An Important Announcement from One Hot Cookie
After very careful consideration, and with incredibly heavy hearts, we have made the difficult decision to close One Hot Cookie and all aspects of our business operations effective October 31st.
Due to ongoing financial difficulties, we have reached a point where continuing operations is no longer financially possible. This was not an easy decision, and it is one we have spent a great deal of time considering.
What started as an idea grew into something so much bigger than we ever imagined. One Hot Cookie became more than cookies—it became a part of our community, our family, and our lives. We are incredibly grateful for every customer who walked through our doors, placed an order, visited us at an event, shared our posts, recommended us to a friend, or simply stopped by for a cookie.
We are also deeply thankful for every employee who has been part of this journey. Your hard work, dedication, and belief in One Hot Cookie helped make this business what it became.
To our customers, friends, family, vendors, and communities who supported us along the way: thank you. Your support has meant more to us than we could ever adequately put into words.
Until October 31st, we hope you’ll continue to stop in, enjoy your favorite treats, and help us celebrate the memories we’ve made together.
Although this is not the ending we had hoped for, we will always be grateful for the opportunity we had to serve you and for everyone who became part of the One Hot Cookie story.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for supporting One Hot Cookie. 🍪💗
Our final day of business will be October 31st
