Sabor a Café Steakhouse Niles

Sabor a Café Steakhouse Niles Where live music meets great food in Niles! Founded by Elio and Martha Erraez, the restaurant reflects their deep-rooted heritage and culinary expertise.
(1083)

Located just minutes from Chicago's north side, Sabor a Café Steakhouse in Niles was born from the passion for authentic South American cuisine and a love for live music. Martha, who learned to cook from her grandmother in Colombia, brings the heart of South American flavors to every dish, including Our Signature Empanadas and Grass-fed steaks. Elio’s rich experience in the music industry, including his collaboration with Latin Grammy and House of Blues artists, has shaped Sabor a Café into more than just a dining destination—it’s a celebration of culture. Here, guests enjoy unforgettable meals paired with vibrant Latin and jazz performances, creating a unique experience that feeds both body and soul.
