I am using the excuse of school starting up to close on Mondays. Sales have never equaled the labor cost, I don't have a day to do repairs or have the carpet cleaned, and I can't have a day *off*. We tried, though!

There are bigger changes coming to the schedule, but that will be at the autumnal equinox as is proper for a seasonal change.
