Ok, folks- I need some insight. We're about 3 weeks into opening at 8am on weekdays. So far I only need one hand to count the earlybirds that have popped in during those extended hours. A few thoughts are bouncing around my brain, and I'd appreciate some feedback and your ideas.

>Do I abandon it?
>Do I just give it more time?
>Do the hours need more visibility? If so, where?
>Do I need to promote all the outlets for people to come work with their laptops?
>Do the beverage and food options need more visibility? Like pretty photos and explanations? Again, if so, where?
>Do we need to expand the menu? Only one person has shared why they aren't coming in, and that's because the only protein on the breakfast menu is pork. Without a stovetop or grill we are limited, but my very first menu submitted before we opened had crumpets with both sweet and savory toppings like whipped ricotta, nuts and nut butters, cheese, and smoked salmon.

I would truly appreciate your thoughts!!
