MJ has amazing coffee that pairs perfectly with our bagel sandwiches and hand-whipped cream cheese on real New York bagels. Bring the kids and enjoy the beautiful garden out back while you grab a little something for yourself, too! ☕🥯🌿

We are so excited about this wonderful opportunity! Grateful to find a spot that is mins from my house and mins from the kitchen and puts me right across the street from my kids school! And it’s in a beautiful location with awesome setting and amazing coffee!
We are here, Mondays, Wednesdays, and now Fridays

Thank you, thank you, thank you to everyone who checked in on us. We’re grateful for the love. We weathered the storm well—just a few areas left to tidy up, and we’ll handle those throughout the week.

Our garden space is open and already full of life again. We love seeing you enjoy the greenery, sip your coffee, and jump into a few games while you’re here. Two beautiful ladies joined us and we couldn’t help, but grab a photo. So come by this week: we’ve got Wi‑Fi, we’ve got AC, and of course…we’ve got coffee.

And good news—our favorite food truck will be in the garden on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

MJ's Place and I have decided to add fridays so in addition to Monday and Wednesday I will also be here on Fridays and farmers market on Saturdays.

I am currently at MJ‘s. There is a horrific accident that happened right in front of the tax collector office and I got here it had just happened. The cops were just pulling up and they made me detour around and as I was detouring to come up from cedar, I’m not sure if it’s related, but there was another major accident that happened right there by the high school parking lot so currently the road over here from the tax collectors office all the way to john Sims and Palm Boulevard is blocked off. MJ‘s is still open as am I . You just have to enter from the back road off of Elm Street.Prayers for all involved.

We survived the storm with a little minor flooding in my garage but other than that the food truck is perfectly fine and ready for business tomorrow morning I will be back at MJ‘s place. Can’t wait to see you all there!

I’m pretty proud of myself right now because last time I had to have the camper backed up to the side of my house. My neighbor had to do it for me so not only did I back up the food truck all by myself, but I was able to squeeze it in between the fence and the camper. Usually, I leave it outside my house, but not taking any chances with the storm. “Girl power 😂”. Everyone be safe. And we look forward to serving you guys again as soon as the storm passes through and everyone’s back up and running.

Italian style lentil soup! Is my special for today! This particular version is vegan and gluten-free but packed with a lot of flavor, protein, and fiber.

And another announcement: so in addition to adding some gluten-free bread options, I did get a small amount of the Beyond plant protein sausages they’re made mostly from pea protein I sampled them the other day. They’re pretty good, but they will be in very limited quantities.

Also forgot to add I did stock some more meatballs/Sunday gravy in 32 oz containers at Chickadees Artisanal Market and I will try to make some more between Thursday and Friday as they tend to sell out fast over there!

Tomorrow we will be back at Costa Union a.k.a. MJ's Place. We will have our bagels and her hot sandwiches and for my special tomorrow. I am making vegetarian /gf Italian style lentil soup. And once again, I am keeping my eye on the weather for the weekend and I will let you guys know as it gets closer my plans for Saturday with the farmers market.
