Ok ok. You know we love to have fun with holidays and April fools was calling.
For real we will be making a cameo appearance at 3rd planet’s anniversary weekend with lechón plates.
June 7 starting at 4 pm. We will only be serving lechón plates. We are looking forward be apart of this anniversary weekend.

Our hearts and prayers go out to the Ledford family. Mike was an incredible person with his infectious positivity and a heart of gold. Giving so much to the local community and food truck community. The world lost a great man this weekend.

If you have the means to, please consider helping the family get through this time. There is a meal train and go fund me setup.

Today will be our last event with the food truck. I would like to thank everyone that has come to the food truck or an event we catered for. It’s been a great and have so many great memories.

We’ll be at 3rd Planet Brewing, Niceville FL from 4-9. The place we got started with our first food cart is where we will end it.

Here is version one of the new menu. There maybe some tweeks over the next few weeks. For the most part this will be the new style of our food truck. This menu will start May 30. We will be running current menu the rest of the this week.

The change has come from new ideas, trends and feasibility of sourcing products.

We are excited about this new chapter in the Cafe Rico book and look forward to seeing everyone enjoy the new menu.
