Our Aloha Salmon features hot honey-glazed, pan-seared Norwegian salmon topped with toasted coconut and a fresh pineapple-mango salsa. It's served over cilantro-lime rice with charred broccolini and finished with a swirl of red pepper aioli for just the right amount of kick.

Sweet, savory, a little spicy, and packed with fresh flavors. Not boring salmon.

We're not messing around when we say this is the best turkey burger you will ever have. 🦃 Our Caprese Turkey Burger starts with a flavorful ground white and dark meat turkey patty seasoned with rosemary and garlic, topped with fresh mozzarella, balsamic-marinated tomatoes, and basil pesto, then finished with a drizzle of rich balsamic glaze.

Maybe it's a lighter choice than our regular burgers, but it sacrifices nothing on flavor. 🍔

It's definitely feeling a little "soup-y" out there today. Speaking of soup-y, our Crab & Sweet Corn Chowder is the perfect summer soup. Tender crab, fresh sweet corn, celery, onions, and diced red peppers are gently simmered with white wine, roasted garlic, butter, a touch of cream, and a dash of hot sauce. Finished with cornbread croutons and fresh green onions, it's a comforting bowl that balances savory seafood flavor with just the right hint of sweetness and spice.
