He has over 30 years of experience and graduated from the Cullinary Institute. We try to maintain a neighborhood-casual atmosphere and have a lot of regular customers. Out staff is experienced and friendly. All our employees are local, most growing up in Wheatfield, NT and Niagara Falls.
