Howdy neighbors! Wow yall really love those potatoes, we sold out @6:30 pm.
We understand it is frustrating when this happens. Please keep in mind that these jumbo bad boys take roughly 4 hrs to smoke and predicting the amount we need can be challenging at times.
At lunch we sold 10 and at 4pm we had 22 on hand. They went fast! The previous day we threw away 7. Our advice is to come early or call before you come, to ensure we have some, if your heart is set on the gem. We cannot take call aheads or order aheads on this particular item. It is first come forst served and we do our best to try and make plenty without being wasteful.
That being said I have 16 on the smoker for lunch and will cook off another 20 for dinner. So come early, come hungry and leave happy!

Ps have you tried our loaded nachos yet?!? Yummm

Ps tell your dog(s) we said hello, we absolutely love when you bring through the drive thru and accept a meaty treat!
This is our GMs sweet Jezebel, last Wednesday she got her very last taste of Billy Sims before crossing the rainbow bridge. (She went peacefully at home after a brief battle with aggressive cancer)
Shout out to Starbucks for giving her 2 pup cups with strawberries and chocolate for dessert. (Every dog should get to taste chocolate before they leave this side)

Open today until 9pm!

Have you seen our transformation lately? We have certainly been hard at work adding some much needed curb appeal and repairs to the store, and there is more to come! With cooler temperatures arriving soon we will have the opportunity to do some much needed painting to the exterior. Having staff and leadership that take pride in our restaurant is our golden ticket to success. We have spent the last 2 years cleaning and repairing inside while striving for consistent quality with our smoked fresh daily meats, sides and guest services.
