If Newport and Paris had a hot summer fling, this would be their love child 😍❤️‍🔥

Vol au vent de lobster:
🦞 lobster bathed in white ver jus & lemon beurre blanc, tucked into a flaky puff pastry, and finished with creme fraiche, preserved lemon, and herbs.

A nod to summer in New England and a throwback to the pre-Audette days. Come try it and feel transported.
