It's Sunday, August 23rd, and it's a Tilley Chicken kind of day!
For those of you not in the know, it's one our original dishes: Mary's organic chicken, slathered in butter and slow-smoked over open fire and served with smashed potatoes, lettuce sandwiches, and chumichurri sauce.
The rich, smokey chicken contrasts perfectly with the cool and crisp lettuce sandwich and garlic herb chumichurri.

We're also frying up Rockfish Po' Boys: cornmeal crusted local rockfish, heirloom tomatoes, iceberg lettuce and remoulade on a toasted hoagie roll, with house-made malt vinegar potato chips today. We can't wait to eat one ourselves.
Next up, our Egg Salad Sandos, Japanese 7/11 style egg salad sandwiches, Country Toast with fresh mozzarella and ratatouille on grilled Pacific Sourdough, Sopa Xochitl Mexican corn and zucchini soup, crisp Indonesian inspired Gado-Gado salads, Ginger Stonefruit Shortcakes, Blackberry-White Chocolate Bread Pudding, and Watermelon Chia Frescas to drink
