Right here in Newport, Asiatico Chef’s Table offers a highly customized dining experience with the Chef from Cuisinako.

Featuring an interactive Chef's Table and an à la carte tasting progression menu that allows you to choose exactly which small plates, crudos, and bites you want.

A few highlighted options from the Chef’s rotating menu include:
Raw Oysters Adobo with soy sauce, rice vinegar, and crispy garlic (2 pcs for $7)
Albacore Crudo di Tonno featuring aji amarillo sauce and mango condensada ($15)
Chinook Salmon Kilawin served ceviche-style with coconut vinegar and roe ($16)
American Kobe Beef Bao an Asian style fluffy bun slider with Asian slaw ($11)
