Sooo... my efforts to help bring a little SoCal style mexican food to NH didn't work out (in the end) exactly how I wanted. .. so now I'm trying to help bring a bit of our excess precipitation from the woods of the northeast to Cali... and points in between. ..
Please take a couple minutes and check out our new charitable organizations website to learn a little more! There's a neat 2 minute video that sums up better than my ramblings... the site is new and there's plenty more content coming in the days, weeks and months ahead.
We're on the road doing presentations and investigative tours... (in CA now) making connections with existing groups that are already hard at work, in complementary ways, to find ways to work together and multiply the effects of all our efforts.
Our point (most simply stated) is that rainwater needs to soak into the ground as close to where it falls as possible. If it can do this and grow plants/trees etc. then nature will rebalance freshwater supplies and even out the climate (less frequent extremes). .. locally, regionally, nationally and globally.
Every drop counts! And so does every tax deductible donation ;) please help if you can assist us in providing a voice for water!
