Chance Lassiter, you wanted us to celebrate Oktoberfest so that's what we're doing this week. Our menu consists of some of Germany's popular dishes. And don't forget about the b**r! We have several imported brands to choose from. Here's our dinner options for October 14th through October 17th:

Wednesday - Bratwurst with sauerkraut or pretzel served with Obatzda (German b**r cheese dip)

Thursday (add) - Chicken Schnitzel (thinly pounded chicken breast coated in sourdough breadcrumbs then pan-fried until golden and extra crispy) served with a lemon wedge or Jägersoße (a delicious German mushroom sauce). Also comes with German potato salad.

Friday/Saturday (add) - Rouladen (a traditional German comfort food dish made with beef sliced and pounded thin, rolled tightly around bacon, mustard, onions, and pickles, then browned and simmered in a rich savory gravy) served with Kartoffelklöße (potato dumplings) and Rotkohl (braised red cabbage cooked with apples, onions, and mild spices).
