The owners have over 45 years of combined experience in hotels, coorporate & privately owned restaurants, resorts and country clubs with extensive knowledge in FOH, BOH, Banquets & Catering. We want to share our knowledge and help the right candidate grow with our company.
We are looking for someone with a working knowledge of overall kitchen operations and customer service. Posessing an understanding of controling food cost & labor cost, ordering and some FOH and beverage knowledge is a plus.
We are available to teach everything needed to become a leader with our company. This position is posted as an hourly $10-12, Full Time.
