🔥 Sweet Heat Honey Pepperoni Pizza! 🍕

Pizza night is always a hit in our house! Last night, we fired up the pizza oven to 725° and made a pepperoni pizza loaded with fresh mozzarella.

I was craving that hot honey combo, so I decided to experiment with our Sweet Heat Chipotle rub mixed with honey… and let me tell you, it was BOMB! 🤤🔥 The perfect balance of sweet, heat, and that crispy, cheesy pizza goodness.

Sometimes the best flavors come from trying something new! Who else is putting hot honey on their pizza? 🍯🍕

Still can’t get over this meal 🤤🔥

Fresh sourdough bread, smoked brisket seasoned with our Maple Reserve, bacon, BBQ sauce, and LOTS of cheese.

Toasted that sourdough until it had that perfect crunch, then piled it high with that tender brisket and all the good stuff. The smoky flavor from the brisket and Maple Reserve really brought everything together.

One of those meals you keep thinking about after it’s gone.

That’s what we love about BBQ take a great piece of meat, build some flavor, and turn the leftovers into something even better.

🔥 This weekend was a busy one at the Cotton Fair, but we always knew we had some good food waiting for us when we got home!

We enjoyed so many meals with this Maple Reserve low-and-slow smoked brisket. The maple flavor pairs so well with the smoke from the fire, creating layers of flavor that last all the way through the cook. 🍁

We create flavors that are made to last through the cook and bring something special to every bite.

Next up… Maple Chili for our competition in a couple weeks! 🌶️🍁 Can’t wait to see how this one turns out!

With a weekend full of events ahead, there’s nothing better than slow smoking a brisket with our Maple Reserve! 🔥🥩

This one smoked low and slow, then held for about 10 hours to get it nice and tender and ready to chop and shred.

Sandwiches, nachos, burritos and tacos are all on the menu with this one! 😋

Gonna be eating GOOD while we’re out sharing Holy G BBQ and our seasonings with everyone this weekend!

Last night’s dinner was all about the party ribs! 🔥🍖

Slow smoked some party ribs, then cranked up the heat at the end to finish them off. Half the batch got our Maple Reserve and the other half got our Georgia Peach.

These came out with an awesome bark and were pull-apart tender right off the bone. 🤌

Can’t wait to tear into the leftovers tonight!

🌽 Final batch of corn for the year!

Fresh off the stalk and straight into my favorite way to make corn. Load it up with butter, hit it with plenty of our Spud Dust, wrap it up, and into the oven for about an hour. 🔥

Spud Dust isn’t just for corn either. It’s our smoky seasoned salt blend that’s great on all kinds of potatoes and veggies. 🥔🌽🥦

Simple, buttery, smoky, and packed with flavor. One of my favorite ways to enjoy fresh corn! 🤙
