WELL… WE FINALLY HAD TO JOIN THE CLUB WE NEVER WANTED TO BELONG TO. 🤌

And trust us — we hate this just as much as you do.

We’ve held off as long as we possibly could. We’ve crunched the numbers, moved things around, probably said a few words Uncle Vito can’t repeat in polite company 😂, and tried every way we could think of to avoid it.

But the fees just keep coming for us.

So, starting soon, there will be a 3% surcharge fee when paying by credit card.

Before anybody sends their people to “have a little talk” with us… hear us out.

We had a choice:

Keep raising menu prices for EVERYONE
OR
Pass along a surcharge fee only when a credit card is used.

We chose the second.

Cash or check? No 3% fee.
Credit card? The 3% surcharge fee will be added to your bill.

We know. BOOOOO.
We don’t like it either.

But keeping Pizza Barn affordable matters to us. Food, supplies, utilities, wages, insurance — pretty much everything it takes to keep this old Barn running — continues to cost more. We’d rather be upfront with you than quietly bury another increase in our menu prices.

So yes… we bit the bullet.

Uncle Vito isn’t happy.
We aren’t happy.
Your wallet probably isn’t happy.

But at least the pizza is still happy.

THE BUN HAS OFFICIALLY GIVEN UP.

We tried.
The bun tried.
The lettuce tried.
Even the plate is doing its best.

But there comes a point when you just have to accept the truth…

OUR PORK FRITTER DOESN’T FIT IN ITS OWN SANDWICH.

This bad boy showed up and said,
“Bun? Cute. Hold my drink.”

Crispy pork fritter so big it’s hanging out from every direction, piled with lettuce & tomato and served with a mountain of fries.

We could buy bigger buns…

But where’s the fun in that?!

Come hungry.
Bring both hands.
Maybe unhinge your jaw.

This promotion was NOT created or distributed by The Pizza Barn or its Staff.

At this time:
We do not have online ordering.
We do not have an active website.
We do not use a QR code for ordering.
We do NOT have any active agreements with the drag racing event.

Retire? Yeah right. 😂

Chris just can’t help himself.

Now he’s back there creating Neapolitan dough made with Cold Smoke B**r — giving the crust a smoky, nutty flavor that is honestly pretty dang incredible.

The man may never actually retire… and Newcastle probably shouldn’t let him.

To the amazing Class of 2026 —

This weekend isn’t just about caps, gowns, and diplomas. It’s about every early morning, late night, hard lesson, comeback, heartbreak, win, loss, friendship, and memory that got you here.

Some of you grew up in our booths sharing pizza after games.
Some celebrated birthdays here.
Some worked your first jobs here.
Some came in after dances, concerts, tournaments, and long school days just needing food and friends.

And now look at you.

From all of us at Pizza Barn — congratulations. Newcastle may be a small town, but it raises tough, hardworking, resilient kids who know the value of community.

No matter where life takes you next, never forget where you came from. Small towns build people differently. Don’t let the world convince you that kindness, grit, loyalty, and hard work are outdated. They aren’t.

Dream big.
Work hard.
Stay humble.
