So a customer reached out to me in search of a cake but ended up going with another local baker in OKC and the results of her birthday cake were less than expected, so she returned to me asking if I could make her a new one, to which I said yes. This isnā€™t to bash the other baker but to simply show why bakers cost as much as they do.
CHEAP ISNā€™T ALWAYS BETTER.

Youā€™re not just paying for ingredients and packaging but also my time and my experience with baking and piping. Like everything else it takes lots of practice, Iā€™m still learning myself. I will say though if youā€™ve done wrong by a customer GIVE THEM A REFUND. ( which she did not )
