Let me take a minute to brag on my nephews and their business, Big & Hooks dump trailers and trash removal ❤️

These two young men are doing BIG things, and I couldn’t be more proud of them. They offer affordable prices, they’re fair, dependable, and they truly care about the people they serve. This isn’t just a business to them — it’s a family business, and you can feel the heart they put into it.

But what makes me even more proud is the strength behind these two young men. Losing their mother was a hurt that could have easily broken their spirit or made them want to give up on life. Instead, they chose to keep moving forward, tackle life head-on, and build something of their own. That takes courage. That takes strength. And it takes a whole lot of heart.

I’ve watched them take a huge step in their lives, and I am so proud of the men they are becoming. They didn’t let the hurt stop them — they’re carrying her love with them while continuing to push forward. ❤️

Let’s be real, y’all—most of Evansville will be on the good ole westside spending their money at the Fall Festival! It helps our schools and so many nonprofits, and we appreciate that. But it also makes things slow for small businesses like TT’s, so we’re rolling with shorter hours and some good deals!

TT won’t be open for the greater part of today. I’ll make another post when I’m headed into the kitchen.

It’s a VERY slow day anyway, and honestly… there’s no sense in burning oil if it ain’t making me money, right? 😂🤷🏽‍♀️

We asked what you want to eat? Umm I want pancakes Dada! Well she definitely got the biggest pancakes ever! Dee’s Diner damn good food but this pancakes oh my….. craziness. We ate a slice of it doubled and we have the rest to eat tomorrow. Absolutely delicious and crispy edges. I mean they could have put some real butter but it was still delicious! Happy Birthday to the best daughter in the world. I’d give you the world if I could!! You are everything to me! Today we shopped until we dropped. Tomorrow we hit some fun places! Happy Birthday my baby!! I love you so much.
