When we cup coffees we like to evaluate for aroma, body/mouthfeel, acidity, finish and overall impression. The fun part comes when you momentarily stop thinking so critically about the coffee and perhaps just think about what it really reminds you of or how it makes you feel. Some coffees bring you back to a certain point in time, like eating a strawberry go-gurt as a kid or walking down the lumber aisle in home depot. We take all of these factors into consideration when selecting new coffees and weigh them according to the needs of the coffee shop, what we enjoy and certainly what our customers enjoy!

Lately we’ve been rocking a blend of Colombia and Brazil for espresso.

As a double shot we taste sweet cherry and toasted almond 🍒

With milk we taste cashew, vanilla, and raisin. 🍦🍼

Over ice we taste peanut butter with earthy undertones 🥜
