Another evening in Central Park.
A raw bar built on ice: shrimp, oysters and clams alongside a whitefish ceviche with cucumber, mango and chili. Pepper crusted beef carved alongside rosemary chicken and herbed swordfish, each finished with lemon garlic or salsa verde. Eggplant stacked with parmesan and roasted cherry tomatoes. Summer ingredients, treated simply and cooked well.
