It is really hard to define what kind of cuisine Thursday Kitchen is because our culture is limitless and we decided to call it "New Korean". Chef. Kay believes cooking is one of the arts that does not have limit. She also uses cooking to communicate with others. As you taste and try her "New Korean" language please feel free to reply back to her with opinions and favorites.
