While it is an extremely popular tourist destination, the large majority of its customers are still the local Cantonese and Fujianese Americans who enjoy the slower-paced atmosphere for yum cha early in the morning. We strive only to make the best tasting fresh yet affordable cuisine for our customers, and so our chefs start every morning at eight preparing the day’s hand made dim sum and dishes with fresh ingredients sourced from local suppliers.
