On Monday, September 21, The Live Table brings a live episode of Café en Nueva York to one shared table at Elcielo New York.
As Gordillo leads a conversation with Sebastián Moreno, the stories, memories and ideas behind the menu will unfold course by course. Each chapter of the conversation will arrive at the table through food.

The Live Table — A Live Podcast Dinner at Elcielo New York A conversation you can taste.

For one night only, Un Café en Nueva York leaves the studio and takes its place at one shared table inside Elcielo New York.

Hosted by Christian Gordillo, this special live episode will unfold through an intimate conversation with Chef Sebastián Moreno Henao, exploring the memories, cultural influences and creative ideas behind Elcielo’s cuisine.

As each story unfolds, its corresponding dish will arrive at the table, transforming the podcast into a culinary experience guests can hear, see and taste. The evening begins with a cocktail reception, followed by a narrated family-style dinner featuring dishes created to be shared at the center of the table and accompanied by a curated selection of w**es and cocktails.

Signature elements from the world of Elcielo, including the Tree of Life, will be incorporated into the experience. More than an audience, guests will become part of the atmosphere and the live recording while sharing an extraordinary dinner and connecting with the people seated around them. Limited to 40 guests.
